Resilience Ready WorkshopΒ

You don't need to be tougher. You need to be built for what's coming.

Resilience Ready: The Workshop is a 2-day immersive experience for women who are done white-knuckling their way through change β€” and ready to start building the capacity to stay whole, stay present, and grow forward through whatever comes next.

Part of the Donna Tulloch ecosystem β€” Life, Undivided. This workshop builds the capacity to stay undivided under pressure.

"I came to Donna not knowing what I needed. I left the first session knowing exactly where to start β€” and feeling genuinely seen for the first time in years." β€” Coaching client

You've been told that resilience means bouncing back. Getting back to normal. Pushing through.

So that's what you've done. Through the career upheaval, the relationship shift, the loss, the diagnosis, the endless demands of a life that doesn't pause when you need it to β€” you've pushed through. You've held it together. You've been "the strong one."

And you're exhausted.

Here's what nobody told you: that version of resilience β€” the white-knuckle, grit-your-teeth, power-through version β€” isn't resilience at all. It's survival mode dressed up as strength. And it has a shelf life.

Real resilience isn't about bouncing back. It's about growing forward. It's a set of capacities you can build β€” attention, thinking patterns, action strategies, and motivation β€” that change how you experience adversity, not just how you endure it.

It's the capacity to stay undivided under pressure β€” to remain whole when everything around you is trying to fragment you. This workshop is where that capacity begins.

Resilience isn't a personality trait. It's four capacities.

And every one of them can be learned.

Most resilience programs hand you motivational platitudes and tell you to think positive. I don't do that.

This workshop is built on the A-T-A-M framework β€” four evidence-based capacities that research has identified as the controllable, individual factors at the heart of resilience:

A β€” Attention

Where you direct your focus changes what you experience. Resilient people don't ignore the negative β€” they've learned to attend to both positive and negative events with intention, disrupting the negativity bias that keeps most of us stuck in survival thinking.

T β€” Thoughts

Your beliefs about what's happening shape your response more than the events themselves. We examine the thought patterns β€” the rules, explanations, and interpretations β€” that either fuel your resilience or undermine it.

A β€” Action

How you cope matters. Not all coping is created equal. We build practical strategies for dealing with both adversity and opportunity β€” moving from reactive survival to intentional response.

M β€” Motivation

Why you do what you do is the deepest lever of all. When your coping strategies are aligned with your actual values (not fear, not obligation, not habit), resilience becomes sustainable β€” not just another performance.

This isn't abstract theory.

I've lived every dimension of this framework β€” across continents, through career upheavals, organizational transformations, and the personal reinventions that demanded I either grow forward or fall apart. Every tool I teach has been tested in the arena, not just the lab.

Resilience Ready
The Workshop

Your introduction to staying undivided under pressure

A 2-day immersive experience that introduces you to the A-T-A-M framework and begins rewiring how you relate to stress, change, and adversity.

You'll leave with a personal resilience map, practical tools you can use immediately, and a clear understanding of which capacities need the most attention in your life right now.

Over the two days, we'll explore:

  • Β The A-T-A-M framework: understanding the four capacities that drive your resilience
  • Your personal negativity bias audit: where your attention goes when stress arrives
  • Practical exercises for disrupting survival-mode thinking in real time
  • The difference between reactive coping and intentional response
  • Connection with a small group of women navigating their own hard things

Reserve Your Seat

This workshop was made for you if:

  • Β You're in the middle of β€” or recovering from β€” a significant life change and the "push through" strategy has stopped working
  • You've been "the strong one" for so long you've forgotten what it feels like to rest
  • You feel reactive β€” constantly putting out fires instead of navigating with intention
  • You know there's a difference between surviving change and growing through it
  • You want evidence-based tools, not motivational platitudes
  • You're ready to start building something more sustainable than survival mode β€” and you want to understand what that even looks like

This is NOT for you if you want someone to tell you to "think positive" and "stay strong." We go deeper than that. We go to the patterns underneath β€” and we start changing them.

I'm Donna Tulloch, and resilience isn't something I read about in a textbook.

I built it β€” in real time β€” while launching an airline during apartheid in South Africa, leading human transformations across 19 countries, and navigating the kind of personal upheaval that demanded I either grow forward or fall apart.

I've sat in the wreckage of plans that fell apart. I've rebuilt careers, identities, and lives across continents. And through every one of those experiences, I learned something that no motivational poster could teach me: resilience isn't about being tough. It's about being honest, adaptable, and willing to stay whole β€” undivided β€” through whatever comes.

This workshop is part of the Life, Undivided ecosystem β€” four programs that build the capacities most of us were never taught: presence, resilience, self-compassion, and the courage to live as your whole self.

You've survived enough. It's time to start building the capacity to thrive.

Resilience isn't about getting back to normal. It's about growing into someone who doesn't need "normal" to feel safe anymore. Someone who can stay whole β€” undivided β€” through the storms, the transitions, and the beautiful uncertainty of being alive.

Two days. Twenty women. One framework that changes everything.

There is no dress rehearsal. But there is a next workshop.
