I'm Donna Tulloch, and mindfulness isn't something I practice from a place of calm.

I practice it from a place of lived experience β€” decades of navigating impossible change across continents, cultures, and the personal upheavals that no amount of planning prepares you for.

I've sat in the wreckage of plans that fell apart. I've rebuilt careers, identities, and lives. And through every one of those experiences, I learned something that no meditation app could teach me: presence isn't about being calm. It's about being here β€” fully, honestly, with everything that's happening β€” instead of fragmenting yourself between the past and the future.
